SentiLink Code of Conduct

SentiLink’s on:fraud is where business leaders gather to share and network with a diverse and inclusive community to learn new and proven tactics and strategies they can apply to their fraud prevention practices. on:fraud is an event for thought-provoking conversations and sharing, but we can’t have those conversations unless everyone feels included, safe, and respected at all times.

Our Commitment:

At SentiLink, we are committed to being a safe and inclusive space for all our invited guests, regardless of any protected characteristic, such as sex (including pregnancy, gender identity, or sexual orientation); age; race; nationality; ethnicity; disability; religion or belief; veteran or marital status; as well as other individual characteristics such as ideology, physical appearance, or politics.
 
Our Code of Conduct provides a clear set of guidelines to everyone attending this event and includes the standards we all agree to honor.

Your Commitment:

We request that all attendees and speakers be considerate, kind, and respectful. Refrain from insulting others and engaging in any illegal activity.
 
Discrimination and harassment are not tolerated at SentiLink’s on:fraud summit, through social media, or any other online platforms for the event or SentiLink.
 
Unacceptable behavior includes many things, such as racist, sexist, derogatory, or exclusionary behavior or comments based on someone’s protected characteristic; unwanted personal contact (physical or virtual); or disrupting talks or other events. In the event you are asked to stop unacceptable behavior, you are expected to do so immediately. 
 

Roundtable Discussions:

 

      •  - Roundtable discussions are confidential. Participants are free to use the information received, but the identity or affiliation of any speaker, and the attribution of any statements, may not be disclosed outside this session. 

      •  

        - Answers and key takeaways will be captured by your SentiLink facilitator in anonymous form (no personal or professional attribution) solely for the purpose of internal analysis, and SentiLink may share a written summary with participants.

      • - Because this roundtable includes participants from different organizations, including actual or potential competitors, all discussions must comply with applicable antitrust and competition laws. Participants must not discuss or exchange competitively sensitive information, including pricing, fees, margins, customer or prospect information, product plans or roadmaps, marketing strategies, or information that could be interpreted as coordinating competitive behavior. 

      •  

        - Each participant is individually empowered to object to any particular topic, whether included in the established Discussion Guide or not, at which point the group will cease discussion on that topic and move to the next topic.
